We are glad to announce a Special Lecture on Vedanta and Indian Aesthetics (Alaṅkāra-śāstra) by Śatāvadhānī R Ganesh, Bengaluru, organised by the Department of Sanskrit and Philosophy, RKMVERI, Belur Math.

Dr. R Ganesh is a well known practitioner of the art of Avadhāna. He has performed more than 1300 avadhāna in eight languages, including Sanskrit, Kannada and Telugu. He is a gifted scholar in several fields of learning with a BE (Bachelor of Engineering) degree in mechanical engineering, MSc in metallurgy, MA in Sanskrit, D. Litt in Kannada. He will talk on Alaṅkāra-śāstra, his main forte, which will be followed by an interactive session. We extend a cordial welcome to one and all at RKMVERI, Belur Math.
