Department of Sanskrit and Philosophy is looking for guest faculty (both male and female) in the following areas :

  1. Nyaya (with special emphasis on Navya-Nyaya)
  2. Vedanta (with special emphasis on Advaita Vedanta)
  3. Paniniya Vyakarana (with special emphasis on Navya Vyakarana)

Essential Qualification :

Applicants should have at least 65% in M.A. Sanskrit and PhD in these areas form recognised Universities/Institutes of repute with UGC-NET.

Desirable Qualification :

Since the medium of instruction in our university is fully Sanskrit the candidates should have good command over the language, spoken and written, fluent in spoken Sanskrit with great felicity in written Sanskrit. Good communication skill in Sanskrit is sine qua non and will not be compromised. In exceptional cases, candidates pursuing PhD or about to submit PhD thesis may also be considered.
